    1. At the moment the QA queue is emptying out while the numbers in "needs Signoff" are rising steadily. We should discuss ways to actively encourage sign-offs and testing. (caroline, 20:26:21)
    2. Koha US/lisettelatah: we are focusing the third day of the conference as a bug-a-palooza. I'm going to start with a webinar/demo of finding a bug and doing a few signoffs. (cait, 20:31:16)
